• What Compensation Is Available For A Car Accident Brain Injury?

So with a no win no fee agreement, if you win, your costs are met by the other party. However, if you lose, you are technically liable for the other party’s legal bill (or an amount the court assesses as fair). Some legal firms require you to take out an insurance policy so that the insurer will fund this amount in the event of an unsuccessful conclusion to your case.  The premium has to be paid at the outset of the claim, and cannot be refunded if you win. If you cannot afford the cost of the premium outright, some firms insist that you take out a loan (which they will make to you for very high interest rates).
